Do I need to show ID when my order is delivered?

Yes. By law, a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 years of age or older must be presented to the courier upon delivery. The name on the ID does not need to match the order, but the recipient must be of legal age.

What is your return policy for alcoholic beverages?

Due to state regulations, we can only accept returns on products that are spoiled, corked, or otherwise unfit for consumption. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if you encounter a quality issue.

How long does local delivery take?

Most local orders are fulfilled within 2 to 4 hours during our standard operating hours. If you place an order after 8:00 PM, it will be scheduled for delivery the following morning.

Do you ship spirits and wine out of state?

Shipping availability depends on individual state laws. Currently, we ship to a select number of states. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available to your location.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the delivery vehicle has not left our facility. Once an order is in transit, a restocking fee may apply.
