Sababa Mezcal

Our mezcal is double distilled in traditional stills by Maestro Mezcalero Fransisco de los Ángeles. It features predominant agave aromas with fruity and herbaceous notes and a unique smokiness that comes from the artesanal production process and with a pleasant and smooth finish. It is an outstanding and rare mezcal, due to the blending of agaves from distinct regions of Oaxaca: Matatlán, Santa Ana Del Río, San Juan Del Río, and Reforma Yautepec.
